The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

• Ensure the property portfolio continuously meets the needs of the business nationally – this involves strategically assessing the road map for the business over the next five years each year
• Ensure the compliant ongoing implementation of all relevant legal and regulatory standards and ensure compliance is assured – this also involves complex leases and licensing arrangements with large scale organisations
• Leading discussions, meetings and various interactions where Compulsory Purchase Orders feature and being familiar with this process

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following information contained within your experience to date on your CV:

• Hold a third level qualification in a civil engineering or building engineering area or related construction management area (this role is not in the construction industry)
• Have previous experience in a senior strategic property management role – a minimum of three years
• Have project management experience in the delivery of high value projects
• Have a proven track record in complex negotiation
